What we collect
If you email us at info@blackshard.com.au, we receive your email address, your message, and any information you choose to include. The site itself does not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies. Standard server logs (IP address, request line, user agent) rotate at the reverse proxy and are not retained beyond operational need.
How we use it
We use your message to reply to you and to assess whether a Black Shard engagement is a fit. We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not enrol you into any mailing list.
How long we keep it
We retain correspondence for as long as it is operationally relevant. Inactive enquiries are deleted on a regular cycle.
