Xero integrations for regulated ledgers.

Xero holds the bank’s record of transactions. We build the integrations that bring it into your own systems: trust reconciliation for law firms, fund ledgers for licensees and finance automation for operators, built and operated in Australia. Each integration is a scoped OAuth 2.0 app, an incremental sync against the Accounting API and an audited run history.

What we build

Custom Xero apps

OAuth 2.0 applications registered per client and scoped to the data the integration reads. Tokens are held server-side in the platform secret store. You authorise the app against your own Xero organisation.

Bank-feed and transaction sync

Scheduled, incremental pulls from the Accounting API on a modification-time high-water mark. Runs are idempotent and safe to repeat, and each run is recorded in the platform audit trail.

Trust and statutory reconciliation

The bank leg of a regulated reconciliation, pulled by API: statement balances brought alongside the ledger your practice or licence reports against, with discrepancies recorded as named findings.

Finance automation

Bills, receipts and disbursement flows with Xero as the system of record. Documents are matched to bank lines and do not create ledger entries on their own.

Operate and support

Integrations run inside portals we operate, on shared platform components: secret store, sync engine, token rotation and audit trail.

How an engagement runs

01Scope the ledger

Which bank account, which ledger it reports to, and which control the integration has to support.

02Register the app

An OAuth 2.0 application registered for your organisation and scoped to the narrowest read that does the job. You authorise it against your own Xero organisation; we do not hold your Xero login credentials.

03Verify the sync

Incremental pulls on a modification-time high-water mark, run against history until the figures agree with the bank statement. Re-runs are idempotent.

04Operate

The integration runs as part of your platform: monitored, token-rotated, each run in the audit trail, reviewed with the rest of the estate we operate for you.

If your ledger reconciles against a bank account, the reconciliation can run as part of your platform. The pattern is in production for the engagements above; a new ledger is scoped onto it using the steps described.
