Stone Leaf Capital runs funds management, capital raising and corporate advisory for wholesale and professional clients. The firm engaged Black Shard to design and ship the technology it operates on: the brand, the public site, and the staff portal that runs day-to-day operations, compliance, and the policy framework.
The staff portal
The portal is the operational backbone: the critical-event calendar, the compliance registers, the policy library and the audit trail. The fund administration sits beside them: the unit register and NAV, capital calls, distributions and investor statements. Investors sign in to a portal of their own for their capital calls and distributions, their periodic and tax statements, the data room, and their own identity and bank details. We ship to it under an ongoing engagement, structured around the firm's AFSL perimeter and retention obligations; the public marketing site is live.

- Staff portal: critical-event calendar, policy modules, CAR returns, and the breach, complaints, conflicts and training registers
- Fund administration: the unit register and NAV, capital calls, distributions and their waterfall, investor statements and fund expenses
- Investor portal: capital calls, distributions, periodic and tax statements, the data room, online subscription, identity and bank details
- AML and KYC verification dispatched through InfoTrack, live in production with a fail-closed guard
- Document register in living sync with the firm's SharePoint estate, with provenance-guarded retention and a quarterly restore drill
