Fox Valuations is an independent Brisbane property valuation practice led by a registered valuer.
Fox Valuations is an independent Brisbane property valuation practice: residential, commercial, family law, SMSF, tax and insurance valuations, signed by a registered valuer. The practice engaged Black Shard to build everything around that signature, from the brand system to the plumbing.
The identity came first: the leaping fox mark, a rust-on-warm-paper palette, and a grotesk type system that carries from the website to the signed report. The public site is hand-crafted static delivery, with working tools (transfer duty, rental yield, CGT timeline) and a plain-language insights library written for the people who actually order valuations. Underneath sit the practice's Microsoft 365 tenant, custom-domain mail with hard DMARC, and the designed Word and PDF report template system the practice issues its valuations on.

- Microsoft 365 tenant, custom-domain mail (SPF -all, DMARC p=reject), DNS and hosting operations
- Hardened static delivery behind a strict Content-Security-Policy, served through Cloudflare
