What went live

Staff run every AML check from the staff app. Identity documents attach to the client record, and an admin screen holds the program’s appointments.

Daily sanctions screening

Each client record is screened every day against the DFAT Consolidated List, and the FATF lists of high-risk and monitored jurisdictions are checked in the same run.

Approvals and records

A politically exposed person needs a recorded approval before work continues. Every uploaded document is scanned for malware on arrival, and the records are kept for seven years.

The compliance officer’s record

The program carries its own governance. The compliance officer role, its fit and proper assessment, due diligence and training are recorded in the app beside the checks they oversee.

Who it is for

Reforms to the AML/CTF Act brought real estate professionals into the regime on 1 July 2026. The program shows how a buyer’s agent can run its obligations inside the app it already works in, and we build the same for any buyer’s agent.

The screening run

Screening runs against 11,414 DFAT Consolidated List rows every day.
