Stone Leaf Capital portal release: a CAR representative area, board minutes and named regulator owners

Built for an AFSL holder: representatives work in their own part of the portal, the board signs its minutes where it signs its resolutions, and the compliance calendar shows who holds each duty.

An area for corporate authorised representatives

Representatives get their own area of the portal, apart from staff and investors. Each one is linked to the representative entity and its ASIC number, with their signatory role and authorisation scope held against the licensee record.

A representative signs in once the licensee has set their position and scope, so access follows the authorisation on file.

Board minutes under e-signature

Board e-signature now carries minutes as well as resolutions. The minutes are uploaded and signed in the same place as the rest of the board’s business, and the signed copy stays on the board record.

An owner for every regulator duty

The board’s allocation of regulator reporting is recorded in the portal, regulator by regulator. Each lodgement on the compliance calendar and each reporting obligation now names the person the board assigned it to, and the decision is kept as evidence against the item.

Who it is for

Financial services firms carry licence conditions, retention duties and investor obligations that a generic portal ignores. We build them into the system for Stone Leaf Capital, and we build the same way for any AFSL holder with staff, investors and representatives to manage.

What the portal runs

Staff work from a critical-event calendar, policy modules and a compliance audit log beside fund administration and the investor portal.

Investor onboarding runs InfoTrack identity checks that fail closed: when a check cannot complete, the investor cannot proceed until it does.

Ongoing releases

We ship to the portal under an ongoing engagement, structured around the firm's AFSL perimeter and retention obligations.
